Overview

I offer 1-2-1 nutritional therapy support via my online clinic using an approach underpinned by:

  • Cutting-edge nutritional science personalised

  • Coaching to help support behavioural changes

  • Microbiome stool testing

My approach is mainly food-focused. My aim is to help you to reach your health goals by learning to eat right long-term for the individual you are - and enjoy it.

The programmes and pricing

Our work together is in packages of regular sessions. This helps get momentum to weave in new foods and embed new habits.

The first session is 1 hour and - if at all possible - in person (but Zoom is also possible).

The subsequent sessions are 45 minutes each and delivered via Zoom.

I have developed these packages to offer a steady stream of weekly support to you going through the stages of change needed to improve health.

The 4 session package, taken over 2 months, is an investment of £780.

The 10 x session package, taken over 3 months, is an investment of £1,500.

Please budget around £150 for a microbiome stool test if you wish to include one at the start of work together, and another £150 if you wish to retest at the end of the coaching to see how the pattern of your gut bacteria has changed.
