1-2-1 nutrition coaching packages

I offer 1-2-1 nutritional therapy support via my online clinic using an approach underpinned by:

  • Cutting-edge nutritional science personalised

  • Coaching to help support behavioural changes.

My approach is mainly food-focused. My aim is to help you to reach your health goals by learning to eat right long-term for the individual you are - and enjoy it!

The programme and pricing

I work in 3-month packages of 10 sessions together - the amount of time and support I’ve learnt is needed for impact.

The first session is 1 hour and - if at all possible - in person (but Zoom is also possible).

The subsequent 9 sessions are 45 minutes each and delivered via Zoom.

I have developed these packages to offer a steady stream of weekly support to you going through the stages of change needed to improve health.

"I’m doing well. The advice and steps you took me through between January and March have been practical and easy to do. I’ve had a couple of small blips (one including a hen weekend) that haven’t been too dramatic and from which I’ve recovered quickly by keeping consistent with the advice given.


I’ve also just had to take antibiotics which normally takes my stomach back to square one but this time my stomach has been pretty stable and manageable without a massive flare-up of IBS symptoms.
As a side effect I’ve also noticed some minor improvements to my psoriasis and hormonal acne outbreaks. Just in the past week I’ve had three separate people compliment me on my skin!
